Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Hours may vary, so please call ahead at (808) 586-1218. Notarial seals, notarial books, resignation forms, and application or renewal forms may be delivered to the receptionist, Monday through Friday from 7:45 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Exam Schedule:

The notary examination is given on Oahu at least once a month, and on the neighbor islands periodically.
